Gusto! Training Manual

Gusto! is a colorful, fresh Atlanta restaurant chain. As they continue to expand, they needed a training manual to ensure consistency in food preparation across all locations. I designed a manual that felt fun and colorful like the brand itself, but also kept the information as simple and accessible as possible, as it was first and foremost a learning tool. Room was left for later hole punching and the side tabs were designed for easy flipping through. The final result went into binders and was shipped out to the various Gusto! store locations.
