Delft Station

I created a booklet about the recent redesign of the ceiling at Delft Station done by Mecanoo, an architectural firm in the Netherlands. Like the project itself, I focused on design that united Delft’s appreciation for it’s past and it’s desire for the future. The white background in conjunction with blue illustrations alludes to Delftware, a famous blue and white pottery made in Delft in the 16th century, while the use of the color red and the directionals¬† (diagonal lines and pointing fingers) represents the dynamic future of Delft as it continues to evolve.
